Preparing your order
Please allow 3–12 calendar days for order preparation before dispatch. A longer preparation time, when applicable to a particular configuration, will be communicated before fulfilment.
Estimated transit after dispatch
- United States, Canada and Australia: 5–40 business days, depending on the product and shipping route.
- Europe: 10–40 business days.
- United Arab Emirates: 5–35 business days.
- Other available destinations: 10–35 business days.
Preparation time is additional to transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Product-specific information and the delivery options shown at checkout take priority when they give a more specific estimate.
Availability, shipping charges and tracking
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Availability can differ by product. We send the available tracking information when your order is dispatched. Pieces travelling separately may arrive in different parcels.
Customs and delays
Customs clearance, local holidays and carrier disruptions can extend transit. Taxes or import charges depend on the destination; review any charges identified at checkout and contact us before ordering if you need clarification. We do not promise that every destination is free of import charges.
If your parcel has not arrived within its stated delivery estimate, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
