A little planning makes choosing your next piece easier. Here are the essentials before you order.

Before your piece arrives

Allow 3–12 calendar days for order preparation, followed by transit. For European destinations, the current estimated transit range is 10–40 business days. Preparation and transit are separate; these estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

If it is not the right fit

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Keep the piece unused and uninstalled, with its accessories and protective packaging. We will send the correct return destination and instructions.

You cover the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Our refund policy explains the process and your applicable rights.
